I sincerely welcome you all to IGBIS's annual EosMUN conference. Eos is the winged goddess of the dawn, symbolising rebirth, light's triumph over darkness, peaceful transition and hope. With optimism, light and a new perspective is how we aim you will treat the world and with EosMUN 2024, you also have the chance to make it better. We hope it is an enjoyable experience for all from the new who have just started their journey on this path of MUN all the way to people who have been around since the community began. It will be a pleasure to host all of you, and in return hopefully you get a never-forgetting experience filled with passionate debates, amazing new friends and heaps of new knowledge. 

I would like to thank the secretariat who has done an immense amount to make this conference a reality. They have worked like crazy to make sure everything is right up to the mark and we can make this conference to the best of our abilities. Secondly, thank our teacher supervisors and supporters who this could never have been possible without. 

It has been a pleasure creating this conference for you all and I hope you are as excited about it as I am. I wish you all the best in all your debates and that this conference be an enjoyable and plentiful experience for you.
